Roofing in Hothfield

Hothfield sits close to Hothfield Common, a notable area of heathland and bog that gives the village a different feel to the farmed countryside further south. The village itself is a modest mix of older cottages and later housing built up around the main road and the common's edge.

We cover Hothfield as one of the further points of our usual area, mostly for repairs, re-roofing and fascia or guttering work. It's a bit of a drive from Tenterden, so we plan these visits alongside other jobs nearby rather than treating them as a quick call-out.

Brick cottages and later housing sit along the main road near the common, with farmhouses on the outskirts. Roofs are generally tiled, with uPVC fascias common on more recent properties and traditional timber on the older cottages.
