Privacy
How we handle your information.
Weald Roofing is a family-run roofing firm working in and around the Weald of Kent. This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the details you send us.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, email address if you give it, postcode, the type of work, how soon you need it and your message. If you attach photos of your property, we receive those too. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit and quote for the work. We do not sell your details, share them with marketing companies, or add you to a mailing list.
Where your photos are kept
Photos are stored in private online storage that the public cannot see. They reach us as private links that stop working after 30 days. They are never posted on this website without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details and photos for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, email phil@wealdroofing.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
